Last night I was craving something sweet, but didn't feel like going to the grocery store. Thankfully I had two ripened bananas handy (aka the essential item for healthier sweets) and some other staples. The result... Peanut Butter Banana Oat Cookies! These cookies only require 6 ingredients and taste fuego. I am all about recipes that have minimal ingredients and take less than 15 minutes to make, so these cookies will probably become a once a week type of thing.

* Remember these are a healthy alternative- aka they will never taste like a Levain Bakery cookie (nor should they because nothing compares)- but they do satisfy the sweet tooth! Xo, Kayla
